This would be a good addition for a teacher to use and where to explain music theory from. It serves as a good visual tool and is pretty easy to understand as soon as you understand what you're looking at. This would probably be good for a classroom as well considering the size of this chart. Pay close attention to it's size since it is relatively large. Good chart to teach music from is my what its best for which is probably what it is for.
