Ok for the price,

This is an OK CD for the price. I have heard the Concerto in Bb played better by Edward Carroll and Hakan Hardenberger, however Carroll and Hardenberger use strings as accompianment rather than the organ and take the tempo a little quicker. I also like Hardenberger's recording of the Adagio in G minor better. Schultz seems to lack feeling in his recording. Not to be rip on Schultz too much, this is a fine recording I just prefer other players styles more. |
