Bad customer service, February 8, 2008

I ordered these strings for my business. After waiting and waiting I called the company Musicians Friend. They told me they no longer carried the strings. Period. No "sorry for the inconvienance or we'll send you out something simular or gee did we cause your business inconveniance?" When I asked if they had something simular I could buy I was told, "we have lots of strings you'll just have to go on line and look." Which is what I had done before. I might as well buy lottery tickets, at least then I know the odds of getting what I paid for.
