Mr Llamas has written what is for me the definitive instruction book on cultivating molluscs. I myself have farmed these beasts for over 15 years and am now considering putting the instructive books words into practice. I intend putting up a second little fence on a beach near to where I stay and hope to catch another breeding pair! Good luck to everyone reads the book then joins the industry!
