This book is just a large collection of specs. and marketing info from various part mfgs. This book doesn't have the information I wanted to make informed part buying decisions(ie.test results). Example: when giving one of the few real world "observations" the review of a supercharger was "... said the additions provided an "unbelievable difference" in performance over the stock configuration." DUH!!! Only good thing about this book I can say is it does have alot of P/N's and company products in one place. I started to send it back but rationalized I would keep it as a reference catalog.

This is 1997 collection of parts, no how to, no performance numbers. An okay reference source, but you can buy a monthly mag and get better stuff.

I found this book to be very informational and not too wordy. It was helpful and enjoyable to read. I would recommend it to any Mustang enthusiast as a general knowledge enhancer.

I would have to say the book is disappointing. Although it does provide a fairly comprehensive list of after market performance parts available, it fails to rate them, and apply an appropriate application. This is the difficulty in modifying today's 5.0 mustang. With the proliferation of parts out there, and the false or exaggerated promises which many manufacturers make, it is can be very confusing trying to determine which part is best for your application. In my opinion, buying any modern 5.0 magazines and simply thumbing through the different parts supply outfits, should accomplish the same thing as this book.

If you are new to mustangs like I am, this is the book for you.
