5.0 out of 5 stars Good Variations on Common Themes
It is nice to have mustard and ketchup without High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. Sometimes the only way to have these products without all sorts of additives in them is to make them for yourself.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not a bad book..........but
I'm still thinking about this book. I've tried a few mustard recipies and they've been okay, but most require cooking as they contain eggs or egg yolks. I'm not used to seeing this in mustard and the safety of the finished product causes me some concern since mustard is usually acidic enough to be left on the table with little concern.

I accidentally bumped into this book in my Local library. What a wonderful book to have in your kitchen when you need help with your sauces. There are a lot of wonderful sauces and I love the sauce for chicken satay. Whether you like cooking or not, if you need any kind of assistance in making sauces or just ideas you should have this book.
