We have no need of other shampoos. This one is worth every penny. I plan on recommending it to other new parents! It will make a great SHOWER gift, too! :)
We tried soaking his scalp in olive oil and then combing off the flakes and shampooing his hair. We tried using a humidifier, diluted ketaconazole shampoo, other different shampoos..none of these worked. Tried researching online about remedies. Everybody seemed to say that the cradle cap and dry skin would get better on its own, in a few months. I had pretty much resigned that he was going to have it this bad till he turned 1 year. I dont know why nobody has mentioned online about mustella.
A lady whom I met when I went for a walk, saw my baby and asked me to try mustella. By this time, I was trying anything anybody suggested. So, I came home and ordered mustella shampoo. Within just a couple of uses, his cradle cap was 99% gone, his dry skin also has become so much better. He has only a couple of dry pathces on his face and elbows and I lather a little bit of this shampoo on these problem areas whenever I give his bath.
Overall extremely satisfied and grateful for this product. My only regret is that I did not come to know about mustella early on and wonder my doctor had not thought of recommending this product.By the way this is my first review on Amazon and have been recommending this now to anybody and everybody who asks me about my son's improvement.
Being the paranoid mother that I am, I started searching online for something to help cure it rather than mask it. I came across an ad for this shampoo and read some reviews on it. I immediately ordered it and once received, I used it.
I didn't think much of the foam, as I assumed it was "too thin" to actually help the problem. I was wrong! The foam actually turned out to be wonderful! It really helps use less and in turn, it lasts for a very long time. My son is now 18 months and I still have a large portion left.
My son never noticed the switch, which I had worried about how it would feel on his scalp. Within just a few uses, it had made a huge difference. I was relieved - just as my son was since I no longer had to sit and comb out the flakes. I am very happy I had come across the product and am thankful for such helpful reviews to have helped influence me to make the purchase. I highly recommend this product and am one happy Momma!
