I used this in the third trimester with both of my pregnancies. I highly recommend this product. It is very expensive, but well worth it. I don't have any stretch marks at all. I am 6 months pregnant with my third baby and intend to use it this time, too. Maybe a lot of it is genetic, but I get really big and would think I would be more prone to stretch marks.

I bought this product from another store, and didn't use it for six weeks which was silly. I tried it 3 times and had the exact same reaction on each occasion - my skin started itching to the point where it became unbearable and I had to take a shower to scrub it off. Also, this didn't leave my skin feeling soft or moisturized at all. Just slightly sticky. I can't say whether or not this is generally a good product, but it's definitely bad value and I'm unlikely to ever buy Mustela again.
