It's great to see surfing films moving towards Bluray because it is a format ideal for the beauty of surfing. I love that the disc comes with a standard DVD as will as the High Def BD. Look forward to more films like this!

The previous posters I'm betting must work for the production company, because.. this was the most boring surf film I've seen yet. Zero creativity. Period. I felt like I was sitting on the beach just watching some guys surf. Every shot taken from camera on a tripod on the beach angle. Mediocre at best surfing. The ONLY thing this movie has going for it is that it is in Blu-Ray, but.. there really isn't any redeeming cinematography to take advantage of it. If you want a copy, you are welcome to buy mine..

I have watched The Pursuit 16 times and I see something new each time. The sound tract and the surfing are amazing and each surfer has a unique story to tell. Blu-Ray is the way to go with surfing. Why buy anything else when you can get this double disc for the same price as a single. This is a producer that is plugged into what the surf market is looking for. 70 minutes of pure pleasure!
