Muzzy 205 Screw In Broadheads

I have killed at least a couple dozen whitetail deer (doe and buck) with these broadheads. They fly true with my PSE Vendetta. I prefer these over expandables. The blood trail isn't usually as strong as an expandable (Schwacker and Rage) both of which I have used, but the lethality is greater in my experience. I have not had to track the last 7 or 8 deer I harvested using these broadheads. The broadhead comes VERY SHARP and kills quickly. With a well placed shot these are extremely effective and do the job very well. The 90 Grain 4 blade will easily pass through a shoulder (or 2) It has for me multiple times. I always have a complete pass through and I have been useing Muzzy since 1997. I would reccmnd these over the the three blade models and the MX series. I also prefer these over expanding heads due to the fact that if you do not have a complete pass through these will continue to DESTROY the tissue and organs inside a deer cavity as it runs. Many expanding heads need to be traveling forward to mainatain an open position.
I see a better, more consistant grouping with the 90 grain four blade model. I have a set for practice and a set for hunting. If I was using them for Elk I would step up to the 115 grain (4 blade)which also fly very consistantly with my archery set up. Good luck, These are a great price and will do the job for most archery game.
