These broadheads can't be beat! True flight and incredible penetration. Busted through a whitetail shoulder blade with ease. Also, creates a large entry wound, which makes a good blood trail should you need to track your animal. Highly recommended!

I used the MX-3 to take down my 9 point Kansas buck this year. Huge entry wound, through both lungs, nice exit wound and into the ground. I shot him on a rainy day that turned into a downpour before I climbed down from the stand so there was no blood trail, but not to worry, mt Mathews/Muzzy set up dropped the big buck only 35 yards away - always nice to see where they go down!

I am using this on my crossbow bolts. I am hoping this would be okay to used for boar hunting but realized that its a 3 blades type which would slow it down on impact. The tip isn't sharp enough (minus 1 star) but with the crossbow I am using (300 fps) should be okay to try to take down a boar. Would know more after my hunt. It has practice blades enough for 2 bolts so that would eliminated using my regular broadhead to practice with saving me time to sharpening & balancing the bolts.
