ITEM CAME JUST AS PICTURED, FAST SHIPPING AND GREAT QUALITY! LOOKS GREAT ON MY DAUGHTER'S DOOR...WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO FIND A GREAT QUALITY LETTERS FOR A GREAT PRICE!

I didn't mind what I received. It was a wooden letter. I just don't know why a different ornament is pictured. I wanted to return them since I bought a bunch for my daughter and other relatives for Christmas but it was less than 2 dollars, i figured what the heck. Put the right picture of the product you are selling please!
