A pretty alternative, but not durable.,

I wanted a simple cotton cover to use instead of the heavy velour one that came with the MBF Deluxe. This one fit the bit and was very adorable, so I snatched it up.
Pros: - Cute - Cotton is more comfy for my and my baby in warmer weather - Cotton doesn't get scuzzy as quickly as the fuzzy velour version - I don't miss the velcro of the Deluxe cover at all... I prefer this one Cons: - Faded badly during the FIRST wash. Looks old already. :( - Fabric is very thin and the seams don't seem very durable. Time will tell. I'd still buy it again, but I was a little disappointed in the quality.

Cute patterns but milk leaks through the fabric,

I wanted a lighter weight fabric cover for summer, and this came in great patterns. It is a tight fit on the pillow, but I like that it stays in place. Mine washes well and has no problems with zippers or twisting seams like other reviewers have noted. My only complaint about the cover is that the fabric is too thin and milk goes right through it onto the foam pillow. I did not have this problem with the velour cover that originally came with it. I wish the cotton was a little thicker, or was lined with a slight more milk-resistant fabric.

Poor slipcover construction,

The slipcovers for the brest freind pillow are made poorly. 1. The zippers are cheap plactic that easily come apart and 2. The zipper seam after 1st washing wont lay flat and becomes bumpy and wavy on the pillow.
I received my extra ones and put them in the wash on delicate cycle. I hung them to dry but somehow the zipper pieces split apart from each other and the slider. The zipper and slider are all made of cheap plastic so you can't just fit it back on and the zipper doesn't have a stop at the end to re-attach the slider. I had to slit open the fabric to find the end of the zipper which had just been cut off with no stop attached. I re-attached the slider, and then stitched back the fabric so the slide wouldn't fall off or apart again. If it does, the process will need to be repeated to fix. This pillow is so highly recommended for breast feeding it's very disappointing that for the high price tag, they make the covers with such cheap materials to fall apart so quickly. My baby isn't born yet so I hope there aren't additional problems with regular use. I hope it's something the company will look into correcting.

Bright, fun cover pattern, but not well made. After only one wash, I was re-covering the foam insert and the zipper broke. I am very disappointed in the quality. The zipper on the deluxe cover, which I purchased at the same time, is better quality and has held up better so far.

Cotton is nice but the strap isn't great without the velcro,

The cover is a great backup to my fleece cover, however the strap is not as nice as the one that originally came with the pillow. There is no velcro to help keep it in place and it has a tendency to tilt the pillow. Otherwise, the colors are cute and its easy to wash.

I love this slipcover, now that I actually was able to get the pillow into it! I spent about 20 minutes trying to make it fit right, and both the pillow and the cover ended up on the floor (in seperate pieces). My much more patient husband came to the rescue and was able to get it on without a problem, and it fits/looks perfect. It supposed to fit snuggly so that it doesn't slide around, but if you are like me, you'll swear it doesn't fit. But it does... :)

It's nice to have as a replacement while my other is in the wash, but it is definitely a battle to get the pillow in this one.

I couldn't live without my Brest friend pillow, so I needed another cover for when the original was in the wash. This cover is cute and durable, but not as soft. It may soften up after it's washed a few more times. Regardless, I am super happy now that my pillow is always clean and ready to go!

Does not look like the image online/the image on the packaging. The design is totally different. Nice enough, and it serves its purpose. But the image online is misleading.

Poorly sewn and cheap material but since I love the pillow itself I guess I am stuck using their covers. Being a new mom who has Time to make your own cover (as I type this one handed!)
