I took a chance in purchasing this book because there weren't any reviews for it. After looking at everything else available and reading the comments I thought this might be the best choice. I'm glad I went with this one. It's small enough to fit in a diaper bag and has an elastic band so it won't open up and damage the pages. It's spiral bound so it's easy to write in and flip through. It covers everything such as well visits, sick visits, places to write questions for the Dr., places to write Dr. advice and suggestions from appointments, illness records, milestones to look for, tooth chart with tooth names, dental visits, immunization records, x-rays taken, blood tests, other types of tests, allergies, accidents, surgeries, and growth charts. It also includes tidbits of information from what to have on hand for your first aid kit to baby-proofing the home. I live overseas and this is great for keeping my own record of my baby's health so no matter where we live I will know and remember this important information. Also because the book is small enough, I can easily take it with us on trips and have this information available should something happen while we're away from home. No matter if you move around or stay with the same doctor for your child's whole life, I think it's good to have your own written record of your child's health. The day after getting this book for myself I ordered another one for my husband's cousin who just had a baby.

I take it with me to the dr everytime and fill out all the info to see how he is growing. Then you can have it to compare to past appts. Also it has a great place to put questions for the dr, or notes...I've looked around and this one is great, and not "cheesy", with first this and first that! It has a place to note things if it's really important!!! I love it!

This book is small enough to fit in the diaper bag so that it actually makes it along to your child's doctor visits! It also has enough space to write in the medical details from your doctor visits that you'll likely need later on in your child's school 'career'.
This book doesn't include most of the cutesy stuff in other baby's first year books, that is what I was looking for, just the pertinent medical info.

I love knowing that I can record any time my child has been sick, has a check-up at the doctors or dentist, and it even has a place to record milestones! It's compact, which is good and bad...good, because I can throw it my diaper bag to take to the doctor's office to record what he or she says; bad, because there are no pockets to hold the paperwork that's provided at every visit. Overall, a nice medical record keeper.

I recently had my first child, didnt know much about immunization books until now. This book is very informative and has the right amount of information that you need. I didnt want a book where i had to spend three hours filling out. This is simple and to the point of what you need when you visit the doctor. Example - wt- ht questions you may have. Advice dr has given you. Also has a sheet that shows mile stones. This is a perfect little immunization book!

I bought this because being a new mom especially, I wanted to have something where I can keep track of my son's doctors visits. It's come very handy. I love that there's a place to put photos (you need to paste them on or tape them onto the page), and that it's all divided into months and years. I use it every time. There's a place to write any questions that you may want to ask the doctor. You can also write any notes pertaining to the visit, your child's weight, etc. It's a good buy.

I love this book! I bought it to keep track of my son's health records and find it to be VERY helpful/useful. Great value for the price!

I love the size and durability of this book. I wanted a place to keep all important medical information for future reference. This book definately provides that. Well child visits are thoroughly covered. However, sick visits documentation are very limitied. It contains a page to writed down how each birthday is celebrated. That's a plus for me. Overall, I'm pleased with this book.

This book is what I was looking for--one place to record all medical info up to the age of 12. I'd give it 5 stars if it also had extra pages to jot down milestones such as first tooth. Also, the baby well-visit increments don't all line up with my doctor's (after 6 months they go to three month appointments, whereas my doc stays with two). Visually friendly without a lot of baby-ish do-dads and pictures.
