I love David Tutera and My Fair Wedding!! This book was almost a "backstage pass" to understanding David's thought process in planning these weddings for the tv show. I got so many great tips and ideas for planning my upcoming wedding!

I was a bit disappointed by this book. I was hoping that it would give lists of choices, ideas, selections, etc to creating your own expensive-looking wedding. It just goes over previously done weddings that were displayed on the TV Show, "My Fair Wedding with David Tutera". I think it's nice that he highlights what was done and brides reactions to his creations but it wasn't what I was hoping for in this book. Nice outline of previously done weddings? Yes. Chock full of ideas for your own wedding? Eh, not so much. I'm disappointed by this book. Don't waste your money on this for idea choices for your own special day.

This book is great if you haven't watched the show at all. It gives good insight to what's important for your own wedding. I recommend this to anyone who has big dreams and a big wallet! Most of his ideas are pricey but managable to scale down to a more appropriate price.
