This doll is fantastic for VERY YOUNG children. I bought this for my twins who are just turning one. They are in love with their older sister's baby dolls, which they really shouldn't be playing with due to choking hazards. This doll is appropriately sized for a very small child, with embroidered eyes, mouth, etc. It is a stuffed doll, so no problem if your child sucks on it. Very soft, so nice for giving hugs. The small bottle and teddy bear are large enough that they do not pose choking hazards. Yes, the doll is hard for a child to dress, but the kids I think it is most appropriate for are not yet old enough to rip clothes off and dress it. The bed is also soft fabric, another bonus for the very young kid. I didn't know what to expect when I placed my order and was VERY pleased with the result. Perfect 1st birthday gift. Don't even THINK of giving this to an older (say 2 year old) child.

My daughter got this for her first birthday and she loves it. She loves to feed the baby with the soft bottle and the carrier makes it easy for her to travel with baby. I totally disagree with the last comment posted about "Save your Money" the items are made small for small little hands, but they are not small enough for choking hazzards. We will be giving this as birthday gifts to other little girls within our family and friends circle.

This "First Baby Doll" set is so adorable! My daughter (23 months old) received this for her first birthday and loves this baby as if it were her own. It's perfect size for a little one just starting out and learning to love!

The baby comes with a soft bottle, stuffed baby bear, clothes, diaper, blanket, four storage pockets and carrying handles for the bed it all comes in. She loves to pretend to change the babies diaper, feed it, rock it to sleep and place it in its bed. It's so sweet to see the love she already has for this baby.

Seems to be made well as nothing has fallen apart in almost one year. This is perfect to buy for your own daughter and even better to give as a gift!

I bought this doll for my 2 year old. She loves anything baby-related so I thought this would be a nice addition to her toy collection. It's cute and soft, but really LITTLE. It comes with a bed/carrier, LITTLE teddy bear, LITTLE blankie (think washcloth), and a LITTLE stuffed bottle of milk. I'm aware that the dimensions of the doll are listed in it's description, but I rarely whip out my tape measure to see how big it really might be, I just assumed it would be a bit bigger. So, size might not matter for any reason except the following: such a LITTLE doll wears such LITTLE clothes that it is hard to dress and undress. My daughter is ok with ripping off the clothes, but even I have trouble putting them back on, and you could only imagine how much harder it is for the tiny fingers of a 2 year old. She gets very frustrated and screams for me to come and help her (of course, only to rip them off again, and so on!). She likes feeding and burping the doll, but thats basically it. I'd say for the same money there are plenty of others out there.

My first daughter is 21 months old and I am expecting a second daughter in 3 weeks. I have been very diligent to get non gender specific toys, I just didnt want to pigeonhole a girl into only "girl" toys. However when I found out I was pregnant again I knew I would get a baby doll for her to play with and learn.

I was very pleased yesterday as I opened the box and saw the quality of the doll and her accessories. She is small (but so are my daughters hands) and very cute, as is her bottle, bear, blanket and diaper. The moses basket that it all comes in has handles for easy carrying.

Within minutes of opening it up and showing my daughter how to "feed" the baby with the bottle she was doing it herself saying "baby, juice". She then would hold the baby and give it some love, put it in the moses basket and place the blanket over it. I was very impressed with her natural insticts and ability to play with the toy so fast. Im hoping that this will make the transistion in the home easier for her now that she has her own baby to take care of while I take care of her new baby sister.

I had gone to Toysrus to look for this doll but they didnt have it. They did however have many other baby dolls, most of which were far too large for my daughter. The one they had that was small enough she simply wasnt interested in. I was extremely happy how interested she is in this sweet little doll.

If your having a new baby and your oldest one is still very young I would highly reccomend getting this doll. I was a little hesitant at first since the price tag seems high for such a little doll, but if it works and they like it then I can live with paying 20.00.

We bought this baby doll for our grandaughter's first birthday. It is so soft and safe. She loves the pockets with the teddy bear, the diaper, and the bottle. The process of putting the items into and taking them out of the pockets helps with eye-hand coordination. The softness and durability of the item enhance the attraction for this item.

My 1 1/2 year old loves this doll - And the best part is that the doll, teddy, and bottle all fit into little pockets, so that she can carry it around without losing any of the parts! She loves it, and it is so cute!

My daughter is 2 1/2 and she received this toy for her first Christmas when she was 11 months old. She always plays with this and it is still in great shape. I washed it once and it washes very well. She has hundreds of dolls yet still plays with this adorable set. She now likes taking off the clothes and "dressing her baby". She also likes to "feed" her baby her bottle and put her to sleep.

My daughter just got this for her first birthday and it is ADORABLE!! From the reviews I didn't think she would be that great or that the items she comes with would be as big as they are. But she is THE BEST PLUSH DOLL OUT THERE!! The bassinett she comes with has built in pockets for the plush doll and blanket, bottle, diaper, and teddy bear. I cannot say enough good things about this toy. I also have a two year old who likes this baby doll. We are buying several to save as gifts for other little girls.

This doll is fantastic for VERY YOUNG children the bed is also soft fabric, another bonus for the very young kid. I bought this set for my brother. Perfect 1st birthday gift. I will be giving this as birthday gifts to other little girls within our family and friends circle.
