4.0 out of 5 stars Adolescent employed youth in C.K. t-shrts, May 5, 2001

This album starts awkward and misplaced: an instruction to bomb all kind of underground record-labels and so on. Including the German label Bungalow that distributes this CD. Boyish fun, I presume. After the bombing pieces of tracks are left-over and remixed together into this album. The type of music is everything between the seventies and now. It reminds a bit of the Dirty Beatnicks: in general uptempo music for skinny blokes in Tommy Hilfiger hats, obviously made with a lot of addictive fun. .... On the CD you'll find a videoclip 'Easy leasing superstar' as featured on a Nike commercial. The video is a chase of guys shooting and mainly missing eachother. I wonder how Le Hammond Inferno will sound if they would stop to act so adolescent. Because being adolescent is their main joker in this debute. If you like blokes like the Bloodhound Gang, the Fantastic Plastic Machine, Ween and the Dirty Beatnicks, you might like this album too.
