great book to help small children choose healthy foods to eat and to learn about the pyramid shape, colors and more.
the pictures were colorful and of interest to the children. The book evoked conversation also.

I bought this book as a quick guide to the basics of the food pyramid for both my husband and my four year old. It was short enough to get the basics across but not too long that they would lose interest or that my husband would never get around to reading it.
