I must agree with several people and say that Micro definetly has changed directions and moved away from the classic Tech mix series sound that we all love.I dont enjoy every song on here,I like a cd I can let play thru without getting bored,and this just isnt it...sorry I guess I was addicted to tech/trancey/breaks.There are some good songs like "sun is coming out".I still recommend for any dance lover,especially newbies.

This CD is actually not that bad, but it seems to me that Micro has lost the power and energy that used to infect every album that he would produce. I have been slightly disappointed with this and his last album (Music Through Me). Something is missing from his work... Check out some of his older albums to know what I mean about 'infection'.

This CD is Full of some great vocal trance tracks. I personally think Micro has outdone himself. He is my hero. Pay attention to track 9, about a minute into it it'll hit, and this is truly what it would sound like if DJ Icey were to spin trance. I love the CD.

Micro is my favorite US trance dj and I have been listening to his mixes and his music since the age of 14, but lately something has been missing from his music.

The thing I loved about Micro was his acidic energy-driven sets that could [beat you] and uplift you all at the same time, but his mix cds have grown weak in my opinion, granted, this cd is a hell of a lot better than "Music through Me".

Where is the drive, the sheer energy? Where is that TECH-MIX Sound?

For NU-SKOOL Micro fans this is an awesome cd, but for veteran fans since before "Coast to Coast", this cd is still missing something.

Overall it's an excellent cd but it's too top 40 trance for me, where are the underground tracks that he used to spring on us??

DJ micro is one of the top djs in America. He brings a subtle mix of house to the nicest trance. I have all of his cds and have not found one to be disappointing. If you are looking for well rounded techno to listen to dj micro is the man. He learned from other prominant leaders in the industry such as kimball collins, dj dan, paul oakenfield and of course himself. He is one of the original djs to hit the scene. My first album that I bought that was in the region of trance, brakes, techno. Was DJ Micro's "Music Through Me." I enjoyed this album very much and think that My Frequency is an encore to this album. He mixes great melodies with nice beats and great voices to create a nice acid trance sound. He has great build ups' and releases that just make you want to dance. To top it all of he Re-mixes a great track on "Music though me" called "Inside of me" as his ending track. A great finish to this great album. A must buy for anyone that likes the albums "Music through me" and "Tech-mix Live" By DJ Micro. I give it a major Two thumbs up....and a toe.

If you want good Micro listen to the Tech mixes,if you want great Micro go get djmixed.com...If you want so so Micro,buy this.It does have some good tracks such as "sun is coming out"but that tribal trance crap has gotta go,sorry

Unbelievable. I don't know if i can really compare this set to the last one that he had. He really mixed it up this time playing both vocal tracks and some memorable anthems. From what I listen: What I liked most about this Cd was the mixture of different tunes, the set was so amazing and so organized and i love the trance he played towards the end, it was a lot of energy. I love the little tek-house he played "Inside of Me"; his own verison. He throws Mona Lisa Overdrive "Born to synthesize" was amazing for opening, then moving towards by Ayla present Yel of " Sun is coming out" which was once top20 dance world chart. Blew banging tract by BK "Revolution" acid break beats which his favorite skills along. He even mixes the "Awakening" by Rank 1 into the set, With "Blind Visions" by Accadia feeling way up, a lot of energy of "Intensify" by WOW and "Obsession" by Dj Tiesto. "Broken" by Lustral was my favorite vocal trance tract ever! One will fall in love with this tract once heard it. It is hit me as it goes on for few mins then grasp up with Sun Decade " I am Alone" comes along.
Overall i really enjoyed the cd because he didn't play a lot of cheese and it was very well done
this was his 7th Micro's Mix CD, and I think it was my favorite set of all. He just keeps getting better and better with every release. His skills on the mixer in this Cd blew my mind!!! Track selection was incredible. Micro is one of those rare DJ's who takes me higher than any thing will.
It was not surprising me of how well his selected tract was. No surprising for a Dj has more than 14 years behind the deck and still Djing around the Global. Way to go Micro, keep it goes! This Cd seems not approval dance floor; it is good for driving epic trance! Get it.

Okay, Micro is Trance! I cannot tell you how inspiring Micro has been to me and many of my friends. I have changed many people's minds about how beautiful and uplifting Trance can be, by simply showing them a Micro CD. Micro uses every single element of Trance to take us all on a mezmorizing journey through his head and feelings, in all 9 of his mix cds. To tell you the truth, once you see Micro live, you will have one of his achievements in your cd player every day. Okay, enough of me praising Micro and on to the breakdown of his newest addition to his journey through Trance.
Micro starts this beautiful set off with a House track titled: Born to Synthisize. A signature Micro track with a lot of energy, and some great melodies and energy building vocals.
He then crafts his way into my favortie track on the cd: Sun is Coming Out. This is a wonderfully uplifting Tech-Trance/Hard Trance track, full of melodic vocals and Techy breaks, sure to make you dance where ever you are.
Track 3. . . if this isn't a track that we aren't used to Micro throwing down!!!! If you don't have the melody in your head after listening to this Tech-Trance/Hard-Progressive Trance track by BK (Revolution), you have a problem.
Nat Monday's - Screaming Inside, is a Vocal track that was re-worked by Yatari into another signature Micro track. Vocals that we all love, while keeping that Hard/Tech-Trance beat!
Awakening by Rank 1 is just that. . .it will open your eyes as soon as the beat drops and the break takes over. You think that Micro is going to take it down a few notches, until the loud "shadow" of the melody pierces your ears.
Then Micro finally takes you beautifully from tracks 6 (Electro Buzz/Matt Darey),7 (Accadia/Blind Visions) & 8 (Joshua Ryan/Fury)into another awesome vocal track-Lustral's Broken. As soon as I saw "Lustral" on the track listing, I knew that the song would be great. Wonderful female vocals with a touch of Tech-Trace to keep that hard beat goin'!
Here Micro takes one of his beautiful turns and throws down some House and Deep Tech/Deep Hard Trance. Tracks 9 (Way out West/Intensify), 10 (Dj Tiesto/Obsession) and 11 (Sun Decade/I'm Alone) all start to build up to the greatest track ever written, produced and put on vinyl!!
If you've heard Spacecorn vs. Artificial "Inside of Me" (Murder Re-mix) you will know what I'm talking about!! Micro through this track down live 6 months before recording "Music through Me" and I knew right away that he LOVED this song as much as the crowd did!!!! Now look, Micro took this awesome Hard Tech Trance classic and re-worked it into a wonderful Tech/Vocal Trance hit!!!!
There you go. . .the rundown of the cd. If you are a fan of Micro or are just looking for a quality Electronic CD, here is the one to buy! I am patiently waiting for his 10th cd release and this is still in my cd player!! I'm telling you right now, buy the disc. . .you won't be disapointed!! Remember, buy the music and support the people who bring it to us!

This is definetly the best CD bearing Micro's name. There are a number of solid to great tracks if you like genre-bending trance. Perfect for those who have stayed on the fringes of the dance movement and want something that is readily enjoyable.

Overall a well rounded and easily accesable CD.
