You'll find her artwork on greeting cards, calendars, journals, baby clothes, and more. Kelly's paintings are soft pastels reminiscent of peaceful, happy times, often with nature as a focus.

Each painting in this small volume is accompanied by a brief text by Patrick Regan reminding us of the many things we've learned from our grandmothers, such as "My grandmother showed me that wisdom comes with age," and "She had the best clothes for playing dress-up." My favorite is "And she taught me that each generation casts lingering light on those who follow."

I have these for my 4 yr old and 7 yr old daughters. They are nice to read to them and will be nice keepsakes for when they are older!

Very sweet story with great illustrations and bit of glitter/glitz to really make it fancy. It's a great gift for a new grandmother or grandmother-to-be.

This book is SO beautiful...both words and paintings. It is tiny and precious. We gave it to my mother as she takes care of our son a couple days a week. I'm sure my mother will save it for years! What a gem...very glad I found this.

As a Nana with two granddaughters-I had to have this book for their library. I highly recommend all of the books in this series, as I have purchased them all, each has its own special message.

My mom bought this for my daughter and it is so beautifully illustrated and a great story for my daughter.
