Wayne Greenhaw is a master storyteller and his talent really shines in My Heart Is in the Earth. I bought this book because I love Mexico and approximately half of the book is devoted to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and central Mexico in general. I knew I would enjoy reading of Mexico but I loved the stories about Alabama just as much. If you have an interest in Mexico, Alabama or just want a "good read", you should buy this book!
