I really wish I had read the previous reader's review. I had no idea that this was simply a "remake" of Robin's previous book. I also didn't expect the book to be so small. What a disappointment! I feel like I've been duped and wouldn't have purchased this book had I known. As with the previous reviewer, I highly recommend buying the original "Inside My Heart" and skip this one altogether.

I like Robin and I would recommend you to read Inside My Heart if you haven't read it yet. It's a good book. The thing is that I wished I had known that this book was just going to be a shorter version of Inside My Heart. I had expected a book with new content since the cover and the title of the book were different. Instead all the stories used in this book have already been used in her previous book (how she starved her newborn son by mistake, dealing with her mother's death, how she broke up with Dr Phil etc etc) So I recommend that if you have already read her book Inside My Heart you don't need to buy this book...

I also wished I read the reviews before: it is the same book but smaller. What a waste of money! I feel this is so dishonest of her to market this book like a new one. Does she need the money?

I agree with the other raters that this is a remake of her other book.
However, I LOVE the small size and the beautiful cover and images inside.
As someone who uses books as accessories in my home decor...it is perfect.
I would also recommend this "small" book as a wonderful item to add into a gift bag for a mother, sister, or friend. The book is small, but the words and message in it are very powerful and should be shared by all.

The point of the book is clear and concise. It was as if bullet points direct and to the point. Each point is something that one may experience directly or indirectly. It maybe use as a map (or GPS system)to remain on course in life. Our teenage daughter is schedule to read From My Heart To Yours. From time to time I believe will all are able to use a reassurance and confirmation and From My Heart to Yours assist with our daily life lessons.

This book is good when we know better yet the thought seeps in that "She does not understand". We all experience the same situation at different times. This book assists with how to handle the situations. We will experience challenges it is not the challenge it is how one handle the challenge.

After I read From My Heart To Yours, I purchased as a gift for someone and recommended it for another.

I have all of Robin's books. Each one gives me pleasure to read, even if I read them over and over. She is a brilliant and wonderful Lady, and we are blessed that she writes books for women.

Robin's positive outlook and subtle humor make this a good book to read when you are trying to relax. It gives some insight to her family. Dr. Phil fans will love her perspective.

I was disappointed in this book because it was no more than a condensed version of her first book, and a waste of time and money.

Love the way Ms McGraw address the main title for Friends, Family and Faith. Purchased other volumes for gifts for my close friends. Still awaiting delivery on 2 of the 3 I ordered so book is good but not sure about the service.

I just loved this book. It is inspiring, and really gives a fresh and much needed HUMAN element with HEART, to daily choices and trials that we face. It is short, and to the point, each lesson being a page or two of her own experiences, and what she learned from them, with powerful quotes and anecdotes that can apply to any situation. The lessons are amazing, especially at handling life with class and grace. It is truly a transforming book, not overkill, like many other advice books, this is more reflection and recollection and lessons. It's written simply and beautiful, and really makes you think. There is a lot to take from this book. Makes an excellent gift, too. I will be giving it for Mother's Day, Engagement Gifts, to my sister in laws, friends, and then some!
