This book is a collection of channeled messages from mystic and spiritual teacher Betty Bethards. Compiled by James Gemperline, who is on the Board of Directors of the Inner Light Foundation in Petaluma, CA, which was founded by Bethards, they are made from recordings of Bethards' public appearances over a twenty-five year span. Called "trances," each chapter tackles a particular subject, such as "Meditation," "Dealing with Fears," "Growth and Change," and "Sharing Your Love with Others."
The same qualities are emphasized that one finds in her very popular "The Dream Book: Symbols for Self-Understanding"--the importance of self-love, of developing your gifts and talents, of sharing your "light" in a positive, constructive way to make it a better world (through the techniques of meditation, affirmation and visualization, and dreams). These are inspired messages which inspire the reader!
