Randy Pennington is a friend...but that shouldn't keep me from writing a review about a book I REALLY believe in! He's knocked it out of the park here. In this time of instant gratification, he reminds us that leadership should model integrity.

Here is a book that says a leader's true strength is not in his or her position, intellect, or determination. The leaders who inspire and challenge us to be and deliver our very best are distinguished by a reputation for duty, service, and honor.
