My Lady of the North
I read this book years ago and really liked it. It is the story of a Confederate Civil War soldier and a northern woman who nurses him in prison camp. Has a great happy ending.

Could have been a trifle better
Just finished the kindle edition last night. I will admit I couldn't put it down, but many of the pages I skimmed over. The story is good, and I would have liked to see more interaction between the Major, the lady and the Captain as opposed to trying to sound out a lot of the southern drawl words as I read them. It was an interesting read, and I'll give it a 3 star...

this book is for those that like fiction, action, romance or civil war. despite the fact that it was written many years ago, it is a great read and does not seem dated.
