Do Not Buy!!!!,

I bought this Digital Picture frame 5 months ago and it stopped working today. I went to the store, called customer service, and I was told to take it somewhere and get it fixed. That was their solution. No exchange, no refund, no offer to repair. Google this item and you will find that many people have had the same problem. Save your money and don't buy this item. I will personally never buy another Brookstone product again.

Video function doesn't work,

I bought this frame for my dad for a Christmas present and while I am still giving it to him, I wish I hadn't bothered. The video function doesn't work no matter what file type I try and how I adjust the size of the file. I can get images on it just fine and even music but no videos. I guess it is what it is. Just a digital picture frame with the option of music. Meh. Next time I will pony up and pay more for a better product (not from Brookstone.) Oh well, live and learn.
