1. This product is more expensive than it's competitors.
2. It is not easy to use.
3. It worked well intermittently and died for good after 1 year of very infrequent use.

Looks great in the store, has a nice 10" fancy wood frame, has that Brookstone sheen to it... but let me tell you, you'd be better off buying an old-fashioned slide projector, mix up some homemade Mojitos, and bore your friends to death as they drink themselves into oblivion. This is a piece of *$&#! Plugged it in, turned it on, and it sat there mocking me, frozen at the start screen, oblivious to any button I pushed. I probably could have thrown it off the Empire State Building and it still would have had that sh_t-eating grin on its sucky little face. Why do I do this to myself?! I HATE Brookstone, I've promised myself half a dozen times never to buy anything from them again, but something about that store lures me in, I browse around, and soon enough, I'm walking out w/ a bag in my hand and my bank account $130 lighter. So I deserve this, I do. I should've known better. Let me save you the hassle. With Brookstone's notorious habit of purchasing from companies with zero QC (quality control), I give you one piece of advice: RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!! (Okay, but not before go into your local Brookstone outfit and sit down on one of their ubiquitous massage chairs and curl up for three hours, making yourself completely at home as the bad karma you inherited from making such a stupid purchase is quietly and efficiently massaged out of your soul. Then run for the hills -- and hold onto your wallet!)
