5.0 out of 5 stars Cute toy and lots of fun
My daughter (6 yrs) kept telling me how she wanted this doll, so we counted up her money and went to the store to find it. I had no idea what it was and was surprised to see this tiny thing that she wanted. I thought for sure the bottle would be lost before we even got home, but she's really been making sure she keeps it with her in the little bed she made for the doll...

I have 3 of these dolls for my daughter, and too be honest with you, I think they are not up too standards. They are sooo small! My daughter is 3 1/2 and she liekd the dolls for the first week but she has gone right off them now, so has her 5 year old cousin. The doll's arn't expensive, so I bought them to see what they were like, but I would not buy them again. I'm not...

My daughter (6 yrs) kept telling me how she wanted this doll, so we counted up her money and went to the store to find it. I had no idea what it was and was surprised to see this tiny thing that she wanted. I thought for sure the bottle would be lost before we even got home, but she's really been making sure she keeps it with her in the little bed she made for the doll. Even my 2 year old son likes to feed her the bottle, and he carries her around in the palm of his hand and says "she so cute." It seems to be very durable, does what it's supposed to do and responds well to the clapping and voices. She got the responsibility lesson of buying it with her own money and she's also learning how to take care of something and get a response back. I have a feeling the rest of the collection will be on the next birthday or Christmas list.

I was reading the reviews for Jasmine the my sweet baby. And i agree with another lady on the batterie problem. After two months of having her, she had problems. SHe started talking like a squeaky, mumbling, alien. It was becouse her batteries are dying. So my dad looked everywhere to get them and could not find them. And there is no screw driver small enough to open her head. THis toy needs better batteries. AND like the women said, it has really no value if you dont have batteries

signed,
Disapointed

My 5 1/2 year old daughter saw this toy in the store and asked for it. I reluctantly bought it. I thought that she'd loose it or just plain loose interest easily. I couldn't be more wrong. She loves it! It's been dropped a few times and played with daily in the week since I bought it and she's still working like a charm. Easy for a young child to work and play with. Batteries are easily accessible when they need to be changed. Very cute toy! I'm sure we'll end up with the rest of the line of My Little Baby dolls.

We've only had this little thing for a day, but my daughter loves it. It kept her entertained while I was at a doctor appointment. When I came out of the exam room all the office staff were around my daughter as she explained it. My daughter is 3 and usually very shy. The only thing that I don't like is that the bottle that goes with it can get lost and I believe you need the bottle to keep it happy. It would be good if the bottle could be attached with a little piece of string so it wouldn't get lost. I can tell we're going to end up buying more of these.

5.0 out of 5 stars MY 3 YEAR OLD LOVES HER BABY, October 14, 2003

We bought all the my little babies for my daughter's birthday which was on 9/11 she has not put them down she loves to feed them and she loves to help them go to sleep and make them stand up and walk she is so cute when she ask me grandmom to help her with them, we made a little bed for them and she loves to tuck them in and loves taking them in the car, over all I am happy with the purchase of all six of the babies it has given her a lot of fun and some educational benefits what it is like to take care of a baby, she ask my husband and I if that is how we took care of her and our son. I would recommend it for a fun toy for little girls and they are small enought to carry with you places without having the child get tired of carrying the toy and getting us to carry it. I hope this helps.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cute, but batteries don't last, December 5, 2003

I didn't write my review right away, or might have been more positive. It has only been two months since buying baby Jasmine, played with constantly the first week, but not much since, and the batteries are already completely dead. And they are rather expensive to replace.

If you don't mind purchasing new batteries 6 times a year, go ahead buy the doll. She's still sort of cute without sound, but doesn't have nearly the play value.

4.0 out of 5 stars My 3 year old loves this!, January 18, 2004

My 3 year old got Jasmine for Christmas and just loves it. The little thing is loud, considering it's small size. It's important to read the instructions to find out how to activate all of it's features. For example, 5 claps (with a light flash between) to hear the ABC song. And my 3 year old has a little trouble with this. But the baby is intended for 4+. Nonetheless, she loves it. Also, the instructions state that "Batteries are included for demonstration purposes only and may need replacing". So it's possible you may find yourself replacing batteries quickly the first time. Overall, a great way to spend [$$$].

4.0 out of 5 stars My Little Babies -- Okay, December 25, 2003

I got this for Christmas today, and have been asking for it ever since I saw it on television. Even though I am in my preteens,...I still asked for this! I actually wanted Madison, but my Mom got me Jasmine, and I'm fine with that.. Jassy is such a Cutie Pie!

Click the top of her bow to turn her on as soon as you take her out of her package, she's all set and ready to go! There's instructions on how to work Jasmine on the back, too. Clap your hands four times and she sings and dances. Clap your hands five times and she will recite the tune of ABC, or Twinkle, Twinkle. (Those songs have the same toon)

My little sister loves Jasmine, and sadly, she didn't get a My Little Baby. Fortunately, my grandmother gave my little sister and I fifty dollars each, and my sister says she wants to buy her own My Little Baby. I suggested Jordan, since it even says on the package that Jordan and Jasmine are twins! They can also communicate with each other. Jasmine communicates with my Micropet, too, since they are both made by Tomy, both are the same size, and basically do the same thing.

My Little Babies probably won't hold your attention for a long time, they basically do simple things, tip them on their backs, they'll recite the tune of Lullaby, shut their eyes, and fall asleep. If you ignore them for more than a few minutes, they'll start crying. If you want your My Little Baby to start crying, rock the baby in the palm of your hand, and they will be giggling in no time. Place the tiny bottle, (careful not to loose it, it's quite small) into the baby's mouth, and they will make an odd sound, which is the baby sucking the bottle. When the baby has had enough of the bottle, it will give a satisfied "Ahhh!" Talk to the baby soothingly and it will giggle.

I hope this review gave you a clear, basic idea of what you are getting for $9.99 when you decide to buy yourself, or somebody else a My Little Baby. Enjoy!...
