This is a great addition to ponyville - it goes with all the new 'maneless' ponies whose hair you can chop and change - this set comes with Cherilee and 5 different wigs, along with (wonderfully) four 'heads' which you can stand in the window of the salon with the other wigs on. There are also two sets of shoes, two new dresses and a couple of coat hangers

It is a great little set, a rather small boutique though. You can sit this one next to the fancy fashions boutique, or mix and match the ponies and wigs with the new ice cream parlour (which I think comes with toola roola) or with the ranibow Dash pony set which comes with a couple of wigs itself

Yes, it does have small pieces, but the sets are fabulous, they are colourful, and make a great little village.

My one issue with these new sets is that they don't come with letterboxes which make the other sets excellent fun and really make them into a village type atmosphere

These ponyville sets are innovative, imaginative, and great fun for kids. My girls have been playing with them for years with only one problem with one set in all that time. The pieces do go missing which is annoying as they are so small - but they are well worth it. Kids love them and play with them endlessly

I know it's a stupid idea for a toy. A beauty parlor for horses? Plastic Wigs that go over Tiny Plastic Ponies? Who would want that? It turns out that my kids love this entire concept. They set it up right next to their Ponyville Teapot and Ponyville Performing Van. The Ponyville Village has been established. And it enteretained them for over two hours last night. I'm not a fan of all the little pieces that seem to get stuck in the carpet until mine is the foot that lands on their sharpest corner. But I have been outvoted and the ponies are here to stay.

I thought ponies with changeable hair sounded odd, but my grandaughter loves it. We try to match their hair to their clothes and shoes and have a great time changing them all around. I keep all the ponies with changable hair in a seperate clear storage box so the parts don't get lost. The little wig stands are so cute-they have pony shaped heads! This set comes with lots of accessories-shoes, a bathtub, perfume bottles, tiny pretend hair cutting scissors that can clip onto the leg of a pony, ect. I would also recommend the "Hairstyles in a Snap with Rainbow Dash & Toola-Roola" set with this one because it has more accessories like a rubber ducky for the tub, a head piece that looks like shampoo bubbles and one that looks like a towel wrapped around the head, and a tiny fabric towel. I have never been to a spa, but our ponies had a wonderful time at the "La-ti-da Spa" today.
