My granddaughters are totally into My Little Pony. This is one of their favorite books. They like the plastic glued on ponies and as of yet have not been able to pry them off. The board book contains about a sentence a page and they read as a rhyming poem. If your kids like My Little Pony, this is a good addition to your child's library. The illustrations on the pages also contain familar pony images which of course is an immediate hit with the kids that like the ponies. There is enough in the illustrations to chat with your child about the scene. The plastic ponies are useful for teaching colors and introducing counting.

This book is a very simple board book to be read to 2 year olds and under. It has one sentence per page and 1 pony at a time disappears when you turn the page. The little plastic ponies do not come out of the book or make any cute sounds like I wish that they would. A determined toddler might be about to pry the ponies off their cardboard pages, which could make them a choke hazard.

...And lately when i was in Ontario not too lng ago,I boaght this four my cousin.She loves It!and we totally got a kick out of it!
