I never use to like My Little Pony until now. I think it's adorable!! Desert Rose has to be one of my favourites. I also recomend Strawberry Swirl, Rainbow Dash, and many more but i forget their names. These toys are WAY better than any other toy on the market, such as Flavas. They look so ugly you could just pull their heads off! They teach children to live life on the street, but My Little Ponies are cute, lovable and fun. Go my little pony!! By the way, i'm 12.

I would have to agree that Desert Rose is the prettiest little pony of the new releases. She's the pony that got me into the new generation of My Little Pony. StarBeam is also very cute. You'll want to be gentle near their symbols, since the glitter will come off. Overall, these new ponies seem to be as durable as the first generation that I grew up with in the 80's.

I love Desert Rose! She is just beautiful. Her hair is silky soft, quite curly and the prettiest shade of pink you can find. Her glitter is beautiful and I just love her rose symbol. I am a collector of many different 80's toys and can be quite picky when it comes to purchasing a product. I did not hesitate to buy this pony pack because Desert Rose is just that beautiful. You will not be disappointed.

These are the most beutiful ponies ever!! I exspecially like desert rose because of her soft colours are her overall cuteness!!

I bought this item last christmas for my 10 year old cousin. I know they are marketed to much younger girls, but in the 80's they were all marketed to older girls, and my cousins (now) 8 and 11, and their friends, spend hours playing with them. The 2 pony set is a great value, and the pony hair is very well rooted and stands up to lots of brushing and styling. Also, it does not knot or tangle nearly as easily as Barbie Doll hair. The only complaints I have is that, over time, the glitter on the ponys' behinds tends to flake off. Also, the pictures here on the website make Starbeam look sort of greenish blue or turquoise, when in reallity she is bright electric blue, and not quite as cute. Her actual body color clashes with her mane and tail and makes her look kind of tacky. If your child likes ponies, I would reccommend this. I would also recommend nearly every MLP product, because they are of high quality. DO NOT buy knock offs or cheap MLP immitations. They cost less up front, but do not last like MLP.
