4.0 out of 5 stars Convenient
We were traveling overseas and needing a booster seat for feedings. Bringing a high chair wasn't an option, and schelping a portable booster seat would have been too cumbersome. If we had a car, it probably wouldn't have been a big deal to schlep that all over the city, but between the baby, diaper bag and stroller, that was more than enough to lug around.

3.0 out of 5 stars Does not fit chairs with high backs
This is a great idea, but most of the restaurants I go to have chairs with high backs so I wasn't able to use this. Wish we could adjust this for different chairs.

We were traveling overseas and needing a booster seat for feedings. Bringing a high chair wasn't an option, and schelping a portable booster seat would have been too cumbersome. I was VERY hesitant to get this at first. It seemed weird that a piece of cloth would support my just barely 6 month old to sit upright. I'm glad I'm wrong. We tested it before we left. AWESOME. It's small, folds to be about a 4-stack of size 2 diapers. Very portable. Folds easily into the little sack it comes in. We used this with restaurant's booster seats. If you travel with an infant, people WILL give you weird looks like, no way your baby can sit in a booster, and they'll give you a high chair instead (argh). If you use My Little Seat with a booster in an adult chair, it will give your baby table height view of what's going on. My baby loved it!! Just make sure that the "back" strap you use to secure to the chair - to tie it through the booster seat rails to secure the booster to the chair.

Cons: It gets wrinkly easily. Not made for a tall child. My son was 24" when we used this and the harness straps seemed kinda short and he'd outgrow it within a few months.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great concept, but doesn't work on all chairs, April 23, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I loved the concept of this seat, but it doesn't fit on all chairs. I tried it on our kitchen chairs which to me are only standard height and the seat is too short. There is no way to use it unless I put something under the baby to boost him up and then to me you are defeating the purpose of the seat. I wish it was longer or could be adjusted. I'm sorry to send it back, but I don't want to keep it for our trip just to find out it won't work on a lot of chairs.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not versitile enough for me, August 30, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I liked the idea of a fabric travel seat for my 7 month old, but this one wasn't nearly versatile enough for me. The part that attached to the top & back of the chair isn't really that adjustable, I tried it on my kitchen chair and my boy was suspended 4 inches above the seat of the chair and made it very clear that he was uncomfortable! I returned this product and I ended up solving my mobile feeding needs with 2 products: a compact restaurant-high-chair cover, and a Fisher Price portable high chair/booster chair (the model in maroon/ivory/tan). I am VERY happy with the Fisher Price one, it will grow with baby, is easy to transport and clean, and very sturdy for my wiggle worm.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect spacesaver, June 10, 2011

I instantly fell in love with the concept of the "Little seat" when I saw it, but have learned that it's even better than I thought. I bought it for my 5 1/2 month old who was just starting to sit up (even though it is recommended for stable sitters)and it worked perfectly. I have learned that not all restaurants have the proper holders for infant carrier car seats, and infant carriers don't fit in the booths of most restaurants. I also learned that it is a fire hazard to place a highchair next to a booth and if it's required, you will be seated at a table. So rather than taking up the extra space with a highchair, we use this. It also offers a little extra room for toys to be shaken and dropped and not go straight to the floor. We will also be able to use it when visiting family rather than having to take a high chair or bumbo seat.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for travel but doesn't fit every chair, May 13, 2011
Pros: Small, light, compact. It holds the baby well because of the 2 straps coming down the shoulders and the "pocket" in front.
Cons: doesn't fit high back chairs

5.0 out of 5 stars Great on-the-go option, but does seat child a little low, May 12, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This travel high chair is compact, easy to use and secure. The tote bag easily fits in the diaper bag, so it can be easily taken everywhere you go. We've tried it at home and in a variety of restaurants, and really, the only thing I can say against it is that my 7 month old is seated a little bit low- he can barely reach onto the table. He doesn't really seem to mind, but some children might.

3.0 out of 5 stars great for sitting, not self feeding, February 26, 2011
This is a great product if you need a place to sit baby while you feed them. Once they feed themselves they are too low to reach the table and it's no longer very helpful. You really need a booster at that point. This is good for a couple of months at best. I keep it in the car in case I forget the booster but never use it. We just got the Munchkin Travel Booster and it's useful for a longer period of time. But, it's safe and comfortable and works as claimed.

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of time, money, and effort, January 23, 2012

This review is from: My Little Seat Travel High Chair Coco Snow, Black and White, 6 Months (Baby Product)
This seemed like a great idea, but was just a waste. I bought it for my toddler, but she immediately just stood up on the chair. A few attempts to get her to sit still were tedious and frustrating for us both. She wanted to climb out, she leaned over and nearly fell, she slid all over the chair. No point whatsoever to this product for her.
So, I let a friend use it for her 7 month old. He immediately did the exact same thing (except the standing). Turning, sliding, moving, falling... that seems to be all this is good for. Too low to use at the table, to unstable to use on it's own.
I went to return it and get my money back, only to find that the "return period" ended the day after I bought it! So, how exactly would you return something while it was being shipped to you? Very frustrating, and now I have this ridiculous thing just hanging out at my house taking up space.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best alternative for a high chair!!, September 26, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I was skeptical of this when I ordered it. It seemed a bit flimsy/not-sturdy in the pictures. When I put my baby in it for the first time, she was a but unsure of it and wobbled around quite a bit. I had to cinch up the straps all the way to keep her secure. Now, one month into having it, she is very secure and absolutely loves it! I haven't traveled with it yet, but will be next month. We bought it because we didn't want to add yet another piece of baby "stuff" to clutter our house.
It holds up well in the wash. I always air dry it (per the instructions). My only complaint is the color/fabric options. I bought the green/blue stripe to have a gender neutral color, but I would love to have it in a solid color: black, cream, or white, so it wouldn't stick out so much in our dining room.
