In my opinion MY MAIL LIST by Avanquest is not consumer friendly. First, they don't tell you up front that you are licenced for only one computer. Had I read that on the package, I wouldn't have bought it. Also, It's not an easy program to use. I worked for nine hours to import a list and it wouldn't get all the data. I finally resorted to use Microsoft Word and Excel and accomplished it in 30 minutes. Everything else in the program relating to mailings is available on the USPS website. A program doesn't have to be this complicated. As far as I'm concerned it was a wasted $80.00 (I bought 2). This letter is directed to the
MY MAIL LIST software and not to Amazon.com whose service was excellent in getting the product to me in very fast time.Thanks for this opportunity to voice my feelings on this matter.

I purchased this from Office Max and the box advertised just about everything I was looking for. Once opened I found that you have to subscribe to an additional service for the "postage saver". That was already frustrating enough, then I never found any of the templates that they said there were over 200 of. I called customer service, they said I must be missing part of the installation files so they sent me an email link to new software. After downloading that I found it wasn't even the same software that I had just purchased. There are free programs out there that do more than what this one states it does. Don't waste your money!!!!

This is a total scam...nothing works in this program - it says the software is out of date and send you to a website that charges you a monthly subscription. This is a total waste of money. Whoever gave this a decent review most work for the company because I can't imagine anyone EVER giving this worthless product more than one or two stars. Do not buy this - if you do you are wasting your money!

If purchasing the PostageSaver program, "LOOK OUT!" Read the fine print... I battled with this company to stop billing my credit. Mastercard went after them, however, because their "fine print contract" allowed it, I got snagged for 4 months of payments bedore I was able to turn it off.

Buyer beware!

There is no information about the catch with this software. The trial they offer is worthless and doesn't even work properly. If you purchase the complete version it might work but no assurance if it will. After contacting the company there was no resolve to the problems. It would not remove a defective address from my one of my small mailing lists. My best suggestion is to stay away from this software since it is just a waste of money.

The postage saver is a good product but not made for continuous labels which I wanted to use with bar codes. It took some doing but got it to work.

So far, everything that was in the description seems to be working well without a lot of hassles or disconnects with Windows 7. I would recommend this to a friend

I have been looking for something to manage my customer list for my business [...]. This seems to be what I need as I can manage duplicates, but still send to 2 people at the same organization.
I haven't used it enough to give details, but so far so good.

great product for a dedicated software that tracks your mailing lists and has a address auto correct feature!
