No one would accuse John Wallowitch of having had a great voice, but his heartfelt, witty, and sometimes poignant lyrics provide a look into a New York clearly dear to him. He could best be described as Cole Porter meets Armistead Maupin. No subject is too mundane or too profound to escape his songwriting.
