2010 release from one of the silliest, smartest, and most distinctive voices in comedy. A Chicago native, Saturday Night Live writer, and one of the few black men to make it big in Heeb Magazine, Buress has a peerless deadpan delivery, brilliant timing, and a knack for the non-sequitur. He's got a yen to punt a pigeon, but the street smarts to know the papers are just gonna run with ''Black Dudes Kicking Pigeons!'' the next day. He leans when he texts so it'll come out italic. He single-handedly wrote a jingle for Plan B and called it ''Zygote Killers.'' And yes, Hannibal Buress likes burritos more than Jesus. Because steak burritos are delicious. And they're real.

Way funnier than average. You can always sample some of his stuff elsewhere to see if it's you're thing. I laughed hard and was not disappointed at all. Probably caters to those with a little weirder sense of humor, but I loved it.

The comparisons to Mitch are apt, not because he's identical, but because Mr. Burress has the same laid-back style and intelligent content, with a unique perspective on the absurdities of life. I've been playing this constantly for friends and have yet to come across anyone who doesn't like it.

Hannibal kills it on this CD. His jokes are all orignal and unexpected. Although he kind of slurs his words to the point on some tracks that you have to ask "what did he just say", once you figure it out you won't stop laughing.
