It took one year in the making......, January 6, 2007

Strangely enough, this track was released in the U.S. about one year after it won the Eurovision Song Contest in the Ukraine in 2005 and caused quite a stir in some European countries.
For the American release its amazing blend of greek ethnical influences and dancefloor rhythms was adapted for local tastes: In most of the various versions the background vocals which added a lot to the song's intensity simply were left out as well as the original greek elements were omitted.
So, some of the versions just sound like any other American dancefloor production.
For comparison: The original European radio version is included as well!
