I guess the little prequel was so nice and well-written, I ignored the fact that since this wasn't a Christian novel, there could possibly be some scenarios that would have sex and profanity... I wasn't expecting the main characters to "hump each other like rabbits" every 5 minutes!!! That aside, I think the book was really good... Lots of lessons in forgiveness and the bond that you have with your first love.. It also shows that sex cannot be the foundation of a solid relationship and that anger and jealousy can destroy lives, legacies and futures... The biggest thing I got from the story was the heart chooses who to love, but the mind has to allow it to happen.

I have never reviewed before so here we go. I love this story!! The love or Hate between the charecters was great. However at the end I was like really that is how it ends??? I just found out there will be a book two so I feel a little beter. I love this story!!!!

I read the prequel and the book. Very nice. I am a sucker for a love story. I liked that it was not an easy relationship. I enjoyed reading about people from different worlds coming together and create a love that is so surreal that they find it hard to believe at times. How the effection, trust, and faith of one can change the character of another, that's love. I enjoyed this read and would recommend it. Thank you to the author for giving me a pleasant escape.
