I bought this Bible for my 2-year-old. Since it is a board book, it is nice that I can let him keep it in his room without worrying that he will rip the pages. For a beginner's Bible, it was okay and kind of cute. Each story was a 4 line rhyme. I was looking for something that I could do with my son to begin having worship in the evenings with him, and this definitely was not it. On it's own as another book for him to look at whenever, though, it would be nice.

For a beginner's Bible, I'd highly recommend 100 Bible Stories, 100 Bible Songs.

My kids 1 year to 1st grade loved it. It was nice because my oldest is learning to read and he enjoyed reading it himself. The other two enjoyed it as well. Nice, well-bound construction.

My two-year-old nephew loves this Bible. He and his mom read it every night. He even requests it when he's relaxing. He loves the stories about Noah and David. It's a sturdy board book so it'll hold up well to slobber and teething. The storytelling is simple enough that a toddler can understand the Bible stories, too. Highly recommended.

Though not a bible, this book was very useful for the beginning reader.

Plus a child can keep it with him as its very sturdy.
