By Mike B (CANADA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: My Parents: A Differing View (Hardcover)
This book has some interesting thoughts on the authors famous parents, although somewhat harsh on his grandmother - Sara. It certainly illuminates the divide in his family with Elliot, who appears to be a bit of a maverick - he joined the Republican Party and opposed his father's third term.
It's amazing how often those Roosevelt's got married (see page 321) and how many children they had from all their spouses! It's a more or less candid view of his upbringing. |
