If you love to journal, this book is for you. The book starts you off with a small statement and gives you tons of room to respond. I found it to be a terrific way to document my pregnancy. I initially thought I would not find the time to write in it but I found the prompts made it so easy to write and I found journaling enjoyable (plus, it has helped me to mentally prepare for this baby). There are lines on each page which make it very easy to write. The pictures, of course, are fabulous. There wasn't a page to document my weight gain nor my waist expansion but there are blank pages in the front and back of the book which is where I placed this info. I would highly recommend this book if you wish to provide your baby with a glimpse of who you were before he/she entered your life. Even my husband likes to respond to the "questions."

This book is wonderful. It is divided by the three trimesters and each trimester has pages to fill out with your personal experiences. The photographs are precious with tiny infants in the palms of hands and in the smallest of places. It will be a great resource to refer to when having a second or third child. The page subjects (to fill out) are composed of what you find enjoyable/unenjoyable about the pregnancy to advice you have recieved, to what how you are feeling at certain points in the pregnancy and messages to your unborn child about how you are feeling about his/her arrival. I enjoy writing in the journal and there is plenty of space to express yourself. A great journal that I will enjoy reading the next time around and my daughter can refer to 30 years down the road when it may be her turn.

This was the only book of its type that I could find. I had been trying to get pregnant for years, so I wanted to remember it all...the good, bad & ugly. Now that my baby is 6 months old, I decided to skim through what I had written. And indeed, it brings it all back! I think this will be a wonderful keepsake. I'd also like to share this with my own daughter if she has her own child one day - so she can see what Mom went through too! This book has become one of my most prized possesions.

I used to use a similar one from Hallmark. It seems they don't make them anymore. Now that I'm pregnant with our third child I had a hard time finding something similar. This book is basically the same as the other one (just a little better because of the pictures and presentation). I am very happy with the purchase.

5 years ago, I had my first child. At that time, my husband & I found the Anne Geddes pregnancy journal. You can't believe my excitement when I found that they are still made 5 years later to help celebrate another wonderful miracle. This book is so beautiful. The pictures are so precious and soft. The book provides just enough space to recap each special event & thought and includes every trimester for review! I can't wait to hand this over to my daughter some day to watch her joy as she reads about her growth & birth!

I was hoping that the journal had more question in it. It has a lot of space to write your feelings and such but not a lot of lead in questions. The pictures are beautiful and the book is nicely bound. Easy to use and has nice thick writing paper.

This book is great. The pictures are very beautiful and there is plenty of writing space to jot down how you're feeling and what you're thinking. A great keepsake for your baby, and could be passed down to a daughter (or in-law) when they are expecting so they can compare their feelings to yours.

I purchased this journal for my daughter-in-law who is expecting her first baby. I was impressed with the journal and she loves it. She likes to "journal" anyway, so this was a perfect fit for her. The illustrations are outstanding. We were both very pleased.

I bought this book as a gift, it is beautifully set out with pictures and sections to write your thoughts as the weeks go by in your pregnacy. I wish I had one for my pregnacy's.A great keepsake.

I bought this book because it had the nicest pictures inside and did NOT have any tips or organizing anything like that, I already have pregnancy books for that. I like that there is a lot of space to write but I'd really like a blank book with nice pictures for me to write day to day thoughts in, without the book telling me what to write (like this does). I have not found anything that is not a regular plain journal so this works I guess.
