I asked for this book from my sister for my birthday and it arrived yesterday. I started writing in it this morning and after writing 3 pages, I noticed that the binding has come almost completely apart from the cover of the book!!! I am so sad and do not know what to do since I have already written in it. What a disappointment since it is SUCH a wonderful idea and I know I will use it a ton!

***Edited my review to say that Amazon was absolutely amazing about the return! I simply entered the order number on the returns page. I thought it would be such a long process because it was a gift and I didn't have my order slip but it was anything but long. They sent out a new book immediately. I wrote this review on the 6th and my new book arrived today (the 9th). Way to go, Amazon!!! The new book looks perfectly attached, by the way, so I hope the first book was just a fluke.***

This is a neat little book for writing down precious moments of cute quotes that your little ones say. I would definitely recommend this book to other parents.

I saw this book in a little store in Omaha, NE. I didn't have space in my luggage to bring home 2 copies for my daughters, so I ordered it from Amazon.com. It's a great little book to write down all the funny or precocious things your kids say. I love the format. It's fairly small, so easy to store on any bookshelf. I wish I had had a book like this when my kids were small. Baby books just don't have the needed space to write down all the different things that come out of your kids' mouths.

This item was requested by my daughter-in-law. Children say amazing things, and they grow so fast, it's hard to remember all the cute things they say --- this is the perfect item to record those things and look back on when they're grown.

I love, love, love this book! Each entry is given one whole page and there's plenty of room to write (even if you write big like I do). The book itself is a sturdy hardcover and small enough to keep close by at all times or to carry around in your purse if you're really adamant about jotting down every funny quip your child utters. My husband commented on how the colors remind him of Dr. Seuss and he's right, the tones are the same as what you find in the Seuss collection. The first page offers a place to place a photo of your child/children and besides writing down each quote, you can fill in information such as: who, when, age, and where. I highly recommend this book! We plan on purchasing more (though you can fit a lot in the book) and will share them with our son when he is older.

This is a neat book, but why are these prices so outrageously high (over $100) when you can get the book for $14.95 and even lower everywhere else?

Quality hardbound book with attached ribbon bookmark. Nice quote mark graphics, unisex colors so I can use it equally for both my son and daughter and plenty of pages. Just what I was looking for.

The graphic layout of these pages makes it easy to record those funny and interesting things your child comes up with, and makes for easy and fun reading, too. I keep it in the kitchen, and when they say something funny, or have a conversation that makes me laugh, I jot it down when I get a second. It is also quicker and less work than writing a page in a journal. Makes a great gift, too, especially for a parents at a child's first birthday.

This is a unique gift for a new mom or a mom of a toddler. One really does need to write it all done because it goes by super fast!

I use this book all the time to track the amusing things my three year-old says. It's great to have the quotes in all the same place. The book is well made and I like the ribbon book mark. I only wish that some of the pages had room to put 2-3 entries per page (the book has one entry per page) because sometimes I only have one sentence that I want to remember.
