Excellent product! I bang my head for not going with this product first. I went with the Roxio Xingtone Ringtone Maker because they offered a 'quick download" on their page! What a big headache that was! Had to call four different companies to seek help with getting the darn key!! Which I never got, and now I am expecting a refund!

MyRingTone Studio is the very best product I have worked with doing ringtones. Not only is it easy and simple to create them, but you gotta love the online storage thier site provides you (for free) to store your ringtones (in case you want to wipe out your cell phone and use them at a later time). Plus it gives you the ability to send the ringtones to differen phones. Unlike other products I had to deal with which they expect you to buy a new serial number for each additional phone! What a rip off!!

I wish this program also had the ability to add wallpapers and screensavers, plus skins. I have known of another product that does that, but it isn't automatic as this version, plus you need to have special software installed on your PC plus either USB cable or BlueTooth -- which it isn't easy for many folks to work with (including me).

I bought this program for my Samsung E317. While it is very easy to make your own ringtones, My phone did not wor. This program will not work with Samsung phones and the company for the software's "help" desk is no help at all. Otherwise this is a great item.

When I got this, it installed with no problems. It didn't work so well with my disk drives, though (one drive didn't work at all, and the other did if I went through "Audio files" in the program instead of "CD Audio"). Some of my CDs were multimedia, so those songs wouldn't even show up. I ripped them with Windows Media Player into WMA, which supposedly work (but didn't). The next day I tried again, but got an error message and had to reinstall the program. Since then, it's worked fine. Also, I downloaded AV MP3 Player to rip songs into MP3's, which have all worked well in converting to ringtones. And a final note, don't expect the ringtones to be CD quality. I did and was very disappointed. With practice, though, I've learned to adjust the volume before creating the ringtone so they at least aren't all staticy when they play on my phone.

Talk about money well spent! Yeah, you put out 20 bucks to begin with, but you can make ringtones exactly how YOU want them and save money overall ($2.50 a pop from Cingular usually). Also, no big deal if you need to temporarily delete tones from your phone (like Christmas tunes). Just resend rather than paying another $2.50 to phone company. Only thing that would have made this slightly better would be if you could send tones by USB cable to save on data usage during send. Overall, a great buy!

This product is not user-friendly by any means. The instructions are relatively useless if you run into problems. I had to find a backdoor just to use the program as it kept crashing on me when I used the regular buttons.

However, once I did figure it out it was smooth sailing. I was able to download the ringtones successfully & it paid for itself in the first 6 downloads.

A fairly good value if you are computer literate & patient. If not, go with something more user-friendly.

This software is not designed well at all. It requires an Internet read phone. Mine is a LG 8100 and it wouldn't get the file over the internet. It won't allow one to use a USB cable. I tried one that I had and it didn't work.

However, the the price it wasn't worth sending it back.

In Honduras I couldn`t have possibilities to use this software, because our phonecell company doesn`t have any comunication with ATT that is the manufacturer of the Motorola v600, the phone model I got, but If you have a USB cable and the software of this cellphone and then add the ring tone studio software, YOU GOT THE SOLUTION AND THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT FACTS, YOU CAN CREATE RINGTONES FROM YOUR OWN MUSIC CD'S AND YOU DON'T NEED INTERNET EVEN. The easyness to install and the quality of the sound of the ringtone is like crystal. For me this software is oustanding!

I thought item was difficult to use and it did not work with my nextel phone.....poor item

I researched ringtone makers for quite a while before making this purchase. I read many positive reviews for this product. I was happily suprised the product lived up to my high expectations. My Ringtone Studio is very easy to learn & we have hours of fun making our own ringtones. I love being able to choose the exact song AND the exact part of the song I want for my ringtone. I'll never have to buy a ringtone again!
