This Video is what I think a fancy New York night club would be like.Carly is beutifull/sexy,and so classy. I love this music from Carly's,"My Romance" CD.Carly sings most of the songs from the album,plus a fantastic version of "No Secrets." The Harry Connick Jr. duets are great.When this special came out in 1990 on HBO,I looked forward to this day all month,and I wasen't dissapointed,and bought the Video when it came out.I love this type of music,especially the way Carly sings these classics. Nobody does it better.

When I - back in 1995 (?) saw this video on TV broadcasted i Scandinavia, - I was taken by the music, AND by Carly Simon. She is great.
Hope to hear more from Carly Simon - in the same genre.

This magnificent concert, with Harry Connick, Jr. guesting (including on upright bass on a number!) is a magnificent recording of flawless performances--made me like some "standards" I hadn't really liked before. Not a weak track--and a surprize "Stompin' At The Savoy" by Connick during Carly's costume change is incredible! Should be both a live CD and DVD--better than her last live DVD & pairs nicely with it.

It is very well done and Carly performs extraordinary well. Whoever likes good music will be delighted.
