I happened upon this collection while traveling in Canada. Other than Sarah McLachlan, I hadn't heard much about the other artists. The album proved to be a very special surprise. It's a well laid out compilation and features a delightful mix in the folk/pop vein of original songs by some very talented ladies.

This group of ladies is VERY talented. Although the songs are not typical Maritime province tunes, which is what I was hoping, they are still wonderful.
