Much needed inspiration,

Cathy Angell has the ability to reach into the truth in each one of us. She is passionate about revealing the individual's beauty. Her book is a treasure filled with love and life.

I enjoyed this "book," but I put that word in quotes because I think it really should be seen as art. Angell's photographs are, after all, a travelling exhibit. This is just the small-scale, paged version of the exhibit.I have also written a more detailed review of this book at [online].

Cathy Angell, whose obvious talent for catching on film the empowered spirit of her subject, has given her readers a positive connection with what resides at the core of each of us when we dare to live life with *heart*. As I read the text accompanying Angell's photos, I was struck with the integrity of her book.
