Product Description

Color: Blue

My-Trike makes a trendy, fashionable statement on wheel with the very exiting MT-40 series. This unique 3-in-1 multi featured tike is beautify engineered and geared for child safety and developing learning skills from 9 months and up into the child’s toddler years. In the early stages, our adjustable rear handle and freewheeling clutch allows mom or dad to take control of the steering as the child begins to learn balance and motor skills. As the child starts to grow and become more capable, the clutch easily pops out to allow the child control of the pedaling. In its final stage, easily remove the push handle and it converts into an independent trike, where the child now has full control taking all that they have learned in their own hands for a fun ride on their first trike. The MT-40 offers the following features: additional toy. Parent control foot brake for added safety. Extra bottle holder. Quality storage bag. Removable multi position telescoping steering handle. Parent control foot brake for added safety. Coffee/cup holder. Tipping storage bucket. UV shade adjustable canopy. Rubber handle grips. Under seat storage. Non slip pedals. Removable foot rest in lieu of pedal. Adjustable seat. Pedal clutch actuates fixed or free wheeled pedal operation. Eva polyurethane tires on injection molded rims. Metal tubular alloy steel frame. Steering lock. Safety bar. Safety waist belt. Safety harness. Removable parent steering handle.

It looks like a off brand bike. My daughter loves it but it could have been better. It does not turn really good. It should be metal instead of plastic. It is definitely not sturdy. That scares me. Is not worth the money they are asking. I should have stuck with radio flyer or little tikes.

The steering mechanism for the parent is nearly impossible to control. Too much oversteer... I think there's something I can adjust but instructions are also pretty awful since they are 99% drawings w/o words.

My daughter is 15 months old and loves this for when we go for walks with the dog. Right now her feet are on the stationary peddles which work great for her. She really enjoys holding onto the handle bars and feeling them move when the trike turns. It also allows her to sit much more upright than her stroller does. It's a bit difficult to steer, but not bad, and I'm wondering how the tires are going to hold up over the long haul, but it's great for right now.

I used to build bicycles and do things bicycle related. Granted I know that it is a kids bike however I was alarmed when I get all my tools out and cut open the box and everything snaps together. This was an alarming sign to me. So I start snapping on the first things the directions called for. The rear 2 wheels and the 1 front. Something caught my attention immediately. The pedals work poorly. They grind inside the housing of the front wheel. Over time with excessive grinding I know it will pervert the plastic and the pedals will not work at all. The next thing that really got me to write this review is the fact that the handle bars do not work. I snapped them on and tried to operate them to make sure that they work... To my dismay they did not. I thought maybe I did something wrong. I tried to remove the part and it does not come out. I would not recommend this to anyone. Period...
