The list author says: "UPDATE: I've actually switched to a mostly 80/10/10 diet so I don't use some of these items anymore. It's just personal preference. Any whole foods based, vegan diet is going to be much healthier than eating animal products and processed food.
I recommend reading The 80/10/10 Diet. "I look my age. It is the other people who look older than they are. What can you expect from people who eat corpses?" – George Bernard Shaw
Some of these items were a splurge. Check out these books from the library if you're on a tight budget:

"I use organic yellow corn and put coconut oil in the top compartment to melt as the popcorn pops. Then I put Himalayan salt on it. ***UPDATE*** I no longer eat this since eating mostly 80/10/10 but this is a tasty treat if you eat popcorn."
"I was unhappy with this transaction because the seller sent me a used one but listed it as new. I use this everyday though. It's great for homegrown wheatgrass or sprouts as well as leafy vegetables, carrots and more. ***UPDATE*** I don't use this anymore. Now I only use my Blendtec or I use a a little citrus juicer."
"I don't like to buy disposable plastic. At least these can be reused for a couple of months. I wash them between uses. Due to these and the produce keeper I could easily only buy produce once a week (probably less) and it will stay fresh."
"So I actually don't own this but I saw someone use it on YouTube and it is AMAZING! It's gets ALL juice out of the citrus and is fast. ***UPDATE** I would no longer buy this as I use a citrus juicer that I just added to this list which is good enough."
