Funny... as usual,

This review is from: My Weird School Daze #4: Coach Hyatt Is a Riot! (Paperback)
My twin 7 year old girls LOVE ALL of the Weird School Books. AJ is their favorite character. This new book delivers all the laughs the other books have delivered. We read it in one sitting and love the new character Coach Hyatt and her son Wyatt. Andrea "rocks" and annoys AJ in new and creative ways. It was great! We are preordering the next book in the series.

This review is from: My Weird School Daze #4: Coach Hyatt Is a Riot! (Kindle Edition)
I am a big football fan so I bought this book, and found out that it was pretty good. The writer knew what he was talking about and also made it fun. So if your son likes football then you should buy this book.

Grand daughter inhales these books,
This review is from: My Weird School Daze #4: Coach Hyatt Is a Riot! (Paperback)
I send a book every 2 weeks to each of my grand daughters...The Wierd School series is my 3rd grader, Christine's, favorite.
I call and tell her to watch the mail...the book never makes it from the mail box past the front steps. It is read in full on the porch and again, and again, under the covers after lights out, with giggles. Her parents tell me to keep sending more as often as I can. We have been doing this since Christine entered 1st grade to keep in touch since we live 4 states away. Her younger sister (who has her own special books) is waiting for her to pass "Wierd School" down but it seems Christine will not let go of her collection. These are a hit! I hope he keeps writing as we graduate into fourth grade.

I bought 4 of these My Weird School Daze books. This was the first and LAST one we will read! Both my husband and I were appalled at the crude way these kids talk. We don't use the words "stupid" or "hate" in our family. I wasn't thrilled with the "butt" references either.. I won't even donate these to the library! Ugh!

This grandma wants to help develop the love of reading in her grandson. He's into sports right now so I searched for books with a sports theme and found and purchased several. He saw the book was about football and could not wait to read some of it. Before I knew it he read the entire book and really enjoyed it.
