The product is very good. Surprised how easy to install and use. Your radio has very practical.However, if you have windows 7 does not work and it is difficult to get help from the manufacturer.

I prefere to use the TV input thru channel 3 and knowing I was sending a perfect picture the device gives the worst possible grainy picture. The only way to get a fair picture is by using composite video (red, yellow, white) and even then it is not perfect. S-Video is also grainy and not as good as composite video. It runs very hot so i use the extention to keep it away from my pc. the radio works fine if your in a good reception area. Just so everyone knows where I was getting my signal, I was getting it thru my satellite receiver.

Tested the tuner on 2 computers & unable to get it to work. I should have looked at the reviews better and I could have saved myself money, time & grief. Its a piece of junk!

MyGica TV stick is horrible.
First of all, a converter is required to use it because it is set up for Euro wires. After finding the correct converter, I hooked up my antenna and did a channel search. No channels were found. When this antenna is used with my TV, I receive about 30 channels. I then attached my cable television wire to the MyGica and did a channel scan. The only channel MyGica was able to find was some Home Shopping/ advertising channel.
Customer support is practically non existent, as they have no English speaking employees.
The stick picks up most of my FM channels, and the remote control can be used for WindowsMediaCenter. Other than that, MyGica TV stick is useless.

This unit covers the FM radio band well,however, it does not receive over the air (OTA) digital TV (ATSC). The box clearly states that it receives PAL/NTSC/SECAM. ATSC is not listed. Therefore, if you are planning to use this unit in the USA, it will only work with a digital to analog converter, non-digital cable or a satellite receiver. The band-scan feature for FM radio, didn't seem to have the USA FM radio channels programmed into it. It locked in on stations well off frequency. Therefore, I had to program the stations of interest one at a time. However, once programmed it received the FM stations very well. The documentation that comes with this unit is nearly useless. This is not a product for a computer novice. I bought on price, however, the cost in time and postage for returns far outweighs the utility I will receive from this product. Perhaps there is a software fix to make it work for OTA in the USA, but none has been offered to date.

After a few customer service problems, they came through , in the end we are 100% satisfied and would recommend buying from them.
