"It is difficult to see how this book could be bettered."

New Phytologist
"Of value to students and researchers alike...An immensely scholarly work. The book will be essential reading for all students in the mycorrhizal discipline."

This review is from: Mycorrhizal Symbiosis, Third Edition (Hardcover)
Comprehensive, readable, up to date, packed with amazing useful information, typesetting/layout is beautiful -- I really loved this book. You probably will too!

I will warn you though that you will definitely want to read at least one good introductory book about each of the following subjects: fungi, chemistry (and preferably organic chemistry), microbiology ... before you take a shot at this one.
